i've entered a competition to see maiden and fucking hell i hope i win lol i wanna see maiden dammit!!! probably wont be allowed to take me good camera to that though  ah well i get some good pics with that little minolta thing anyways hehehe

we went to the woods with the dogs yesterday and it was awsome  had a good walk and they had a good run around. i got to play with the new camera and took some pretty piccys  but i've done me back in and its soooooooooo sore now i can barely stand up without being in agony so thats the yoga out the window for today untill i gets some strong painkillers  damn really getting into that too and i been feeling alot happier with it.

anyways i'm just waiting on my fish eye lens to turn up today then i'm off to the shops to look for some good painkillers, owie lol no headbanging for me today, i think feet up, hotwater bottle on back and a few good dvds on.

i finally got me camera back yesterday  well its a new one, not the one that was stolen by evil shitbags who need to die. i went to pick it up yesterday morning and i been messing with it since then lol  bloody hell i've missed all those settings to play with. i stuck with canon but got me the 450D now which is a fecking beauty  got a few photos that i just done up on flickr- www.flickr.com/venvierra forgot how much fun that camera could be

been abit of a busy week for me thats why i aint posted much lately, hopefully by the weekend i'll have enough saved for to finally get me a new camera.. WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO    bout fucking time lmfao.

finally can get all me good lenses back out and start taking mindblowingly awsome photos again  i been taking some awsome photos with stus camera but there just aint enough ways to fiddle with the settings on that thing to get the photo just the way i want it. yup am a perfectionist, it has to be perfect.

been an entertaining week too with part of stanely burning down, thats pretty much 10 mins from where we live. i didnt hear till it was too late or i'd be down there with a camera taking photos of firemen at work  RAWR firemen

i took up yoga too, thats been painful but i feckin love it  i cant bend that way just yet, my arse gets in the way lmfao but i suppose it just takes time really  one thing i love about it is its teaching one thing i been trying to say to people for years, acceptance of ya body shape no matter what it is. yes its nice to lose abit of weight slim up for a bikini or something but it doesnt mean ya have to be miserable untill then, just dont care how ya look or what people say about how ya look. people like that are probably miserable about something stupid so just ignore them.

we've had a funfair here aswell this week  oh the joy  shite rides, loud chavvy music and millions of chavs flocking from even the moon to go to it  hell on fucking earth i think.
i was reading today that the DC3 dakota is no longer gonna be carrying passengers cos of some stupid EU regulations  what the fuck is stopping it if it flies well? theres less fucking crashes of them then there is of say 747s. blah  whats the matter? with the ride shake you so you may get a headache? is the noise too loud? i swear the decibel level of a fly farting is gonna be too loud for these health and safety freaks. ya get on one of those things ya know its gonna be loud, shes an old bird but i bet its shitloads of fun  lemme have a go.its like going to see iron maiden live, you know its gonna be loud, you know ya ears are gonna buzz for days after and you know fine well its probably fucking up ya hearing but who cares? thats the whole fucking point lmfao  like to see ya ban that fucktards, its not like we are being forced to be in this pain at gunpoint, we choose to experiance these dangers, more fun.

now i seen they are starting to lash out at drinking. its started with binge drinking and i bet it wont stop with that  most of us have probably had a good binge drink session or 20 but i know fine well what its doing to me and i suspect most others do too when they start. sod off, i wanna get drunk and i wanna get drunk fast, saves me time later so i can be dancing and bouncing and headbanging pissed in legends or a gig without the worry of spilling me drink  yes i make the same vow every morning when i got that killer hangover of never again but i never listen lol.

i did say when they started to lash out at smoking that the drink would be next if they won. they won and guess whats happening now  the miserable beige fuckers wont be happy till everyone else is beige, working till they die, having no fun and doing fuck all but work and sleep

the health and safety police and the EU causes stress in everyone, and stress can be very bad for you.... can we petition to ban them under health and safety rules???

right, time for me to turn my music up to concorde takeoff volume and look to see what i got in to drink myself silly while eating fast food and breathing in second hand smoke off me pals who are tons of fun and i'll be sitting with and having a good time with....

yup thats what we been doing today, the sun comes out and we decided to mow the lawn  i normally wouldnt have bothered with it being so hot but when its getting so long that you cant see a greyhound in it anymore and david attenborough is doing a documentory on the wildlife in the deepest, darkest bottom of the garden you realise its time to mow the lawn

it was fecking annoying getting it all sorted  there was sooooooo much grass. wish i could just leave it but people might winge about it when the giant rats i been breeding in there start to eat their children lol

it dont seem like its been done though, seems to be grass just growing all of a sudden, i swear i can hear it popping up *poppoppop*  at least its done for now though.

i bet that its gonna rain tonight and be hot again tomorrow and by tuesday i'll have to put on the safari gear to find murry in the garden again  seems to grow that quick lmao

i've had abit of a nasty cold so been trying to get some rest but thats hard when theres two or three of them playing these recorders outside ya gate at 8am  its been winding the dogs up too, they keep barking at it. think i need a drink now rofl.

thankfully it stopped for a while but guess what... they started again about 10 mins ago

soooooo i've put my really loud awsome speakers on, the ones that shake the windows 3 houses down at quater volume and decided to blast some death metal  i feel much much better now lmfao. at least i didnt have a hangover, my cannibal corpse collection would go on rofl

i'm still getting hyped outta my head for the airshow, ooooooooo not long  just wanna get me a camera before then  cant have an airshow without pretty piccys now can i?

hmmm i got the sudden urge to fire up call of duty and get my ass blown off and handed to me lol. aint been on it in a while with stu having GTA, hes never off it lol. thats ok though its a feckin awsome game, been well worth the wait. at the min i'm waiting on rock band and a new ace combat. mmmmmmm pretty planes. hope theres an online dogfight thing on ace combat, i'll get to blow the shit outta lots of people  (btw i fucking rock on games like that rofl  ) always good for drooling over the pretty planes too

whats with taking guitar hero so seriously??

i know guitarists who insult people who play guitar hero and always point out that they can play the songs on a REAL guitar. uh huh so are ya bein better than thou kinda person?  fair doos if ya can play guitar, so can i and i love guitar hero, so does my bloke who plays bass, so do alot of me pals who are awsome on a proper guitar but love playing guitar hero for a giggle. thats all its ment to be, a laugh  inviting a few pals around, getting very very wasted and making an ass of yaself on guitar hero lmao  i think it gets funnier the more drunk you get cos you fuck up more, laugh harder which makes you fuck up even more hehehehe. just put down ya ego for a min and have a go with some friends, ya might be shite on it but i bet ya have a laugh rofl

on the other side you got the people who are obsessed with being awsome on it. and i mean obsessed. the kinda people who aint happy unless they et the 5 gold stars on everything even on the stupidly hard modes. i know people who are sooooooo bad they will restart a song if they miss 1 note, just 1. hmmmmm  it stops being fun if you get that anal about it really. both me and stu are happy just to finish a song on easy never mind play it with our toes and teeth while still getting 5 gold stars on stupidly hard for no lifers mode  makes ya wonder when the last time some of these people seen the sky really lol

......oh i finally finished slayers raining blood rofl am proud of that   got me first 5 star rating but i'm sure that was a fluke lmfao  ......

i know i can get the dreaded 4 words that can keep you up on guitar hero or any game like it all night... Just. One. More. Go. once ya get that in ya head sometimes ya only stop cos you realise ya hands cramped up rofl. its the same with the other dreaded phrase for me on final fantasy, gta or anything like that.... I wonder what happens next.... last time i did that i only realised how long i'd been playing cos the sun had come up rofl  gotta say i do love a good story. i'm like that with a good book so i suppose playing FF is just like getting me hands on a big 1000 page thing thats got a kick ass story lol. sometimes i'll read from cover to cover without realising it

ooo i actually started to play guitar hero on medium to see how hard it was and after two songs i had to lie down! my brain thought i had put it through some kinda torture ROFL  was getting abit too serious that for me lol

well at the end of the day remember kids, guitar heros just a game, its abit of fun so lets keep it at that

right i think i'm gonna go watch some live dvds now.....

now its hit june i'm really really hyper about the sunderland airshow  time for me to get all bouncy and hyper over the pretty planes lol. hope we see some beauties there this year. i got a flightlisting of whats gonna be on so far and to be honest its looking a wee bit dull to me  its a similar line up too last year

ok looking like all pretty cool so far but ya have to remember its the 20th anniversary of it this year and i aint missed one. yup am a big geek lol  plus its 15 mins from where i live so what the hell rofl  suppose its a good lineup for those who aint been before to any airshow or for people who just like the loud, fast moving things with the pretty fire shooting out the back but couldnt tell you what they are called, its not really for the insane enthusiasts like me who can tell ya what plane it is just by engine noise (yup its sad lol  ) but i know places to go to watch the planes doing what they are supposed to do, terrain following and bombing the shit outta things  

it'll be awsome anyways, its a great day out and i get to take photos of pretty planes  just hope i get a new camera in time lol only got till the last weekend in july.

i've heard a few little rumours about what might be there, all unconfirmed so i'll wait and see. heard there may be a F-86 Sabre, the vulcan may do a fly by and theres a possibility of a RAF role demo with tornados, hawks and an E3-D (thats one of those big planes with a huge disk on top if ya dont know, its a flying radar) that would be very cool if so. i been getting rumours of a B-2 spirit for years but its never happened yet. never know though

....sorry... i tend to get very very geeky when it comes to planes lol

i'm gonna be posting notes for a kinda meet for it for anyone whos interested. its for ya all, dont matter if you are an enthusiast whos happy to argue the difference between a tornado F3 and a tornado GR4 in shape or you know nowt about planes cos theres allsorts that happen on the ground too. hopefully gonna have all that up and sorted in the next couple of weeks, with buses, trains, parking and stuff like that and where we'll be so if ya wanna come hang out with the geeks ya can as long as ya dont mind me talking ya ear off about the performance envelope of the current thing thats flying or something along those lines rofl  thats if i tear myself away from taking photos lmfao
